In consulting our clients, we provide specific transactional and advisory support related to domestic and cross-border transactions. Adjacent to transaction advice, we offer legal services connected to incorporation, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and management of companies.

We represent clients before the court and various arbitration tribunals and administrative/regulatory bodies. In advising our clients how to proceed in case of dispute, we endeavor to give the most effective and cost efficient solution. Rather than engaging in lengthy and costly proceedings, we also seek ways to resolve the disputes amicably using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as negotiation and mediation.

It is generally complicated to deal with criminal cases that incorporate business law components. HA is ideally equipped to provide in-depth advice on business (white collar) crime matters in order to prevent such regulatory violations before they occur, and if necessary, limit criminal liability through effective representation.

We provide the representation and advice on all issues relating to human rights and the issues on admissibility before the European Court of Human Rights.

Based on our experience, our main areas of expertise are:

  • corporate / M&A and commercial law;
  • dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration);
  • regulatory compliance and business crime;
  • human rights.
